Protecting your privacy is
important to Merchant Relief Council and our employees. By explaining our
Privacy Policy to you, we trust that you will better understand how we keep our
non-public information private and secure while using it to serve you better.

PROTECTING THE CONFIDENTIALITY OF
CUSTOMER INFORMATION.
We take our responsibility to protect the
privacy and confidentiality of non-public information very seriously. We
maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that are designed to
comply with federal standards to store and secure your information from
unauthorized access, alteration and destruction. Our control policies restrict
access to your personal and account information to those employees who need to
access that information to provide products or services to you. From time to
time, we may enter into agreements with other companies to provide products and
services to us or make products and services available to you.[Under these

WHO IS COVERED BY THE PRIVACY POLICY
We
provide our Privacy Policy notice to customers when they first become a
customer and annually after that. If we change our Privacy Policy to permit us
to share additional information we have about you, or to permit disclosures to
other additional non-public parties, you will be notified in advance.
WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU
We may collect
"non-public personal information" about you from the following sources:

"Non-public
personal information" is non-public information about you that we obtain in
connection with providing a financial service for you. For example, non-public
personal information could include information regarding your DDA account,
Merchant Processor, and Processing Methods.
WHAT INFORMATION WE
SHARE
Merchant Relief Council shares information it has about you
in order to give you superior customer service, to provide convenient access to
our services and to make a wider range of products available to you. We may
share this information in the following ways:
SHARING INFORMATION
FOR ROUTINE AND LEGAL BUSINESS REASONS.
We may disclose information
we have about you as permitted by law. For example, we may share information
with regulatory authorities and law enforcement officials; provide information
to protect against fraud; verify account status for merchants you want to pay
by check or similar item; complete your transactions and service requests;
share information with your consent and give account information to service
providers that work for us.
Before we disclose customer information to
any of our service providers, we require them to agree to keep our customer
information confidential and secure and to use it only as authorized by us.
SHARING INFORMATION WITH NON-AFFILIATED THIRD PARTIES
We
may disclose non-public personal information about you to non-affiliated third
parties including other financial institutions that also provide merchant
processing services.
We may also disclose non-public personal
information about you to non-affiliated third parties as permitted by law.
If you prefer that we not disclose non-public personal information
about you to non-affiliated third parties, you may opt out of those
disclosures; that is, you may direct us not to make those disclosures (other
than disclosures permitted by law). If you wish to opt out of disclosures to

If you are a Vermont resident, we will automatically
consider that you have selected all three options on the form below. You will
not be required to return the Opt Out for these elections to apply. In
addition, if we do disclose non-public personal information about you to other
financial institutions with which we have joint marketing agreements, we will
only disclose your name, contact information, and information about your
transactions. For California residents, only if you are a California resident,
we will automatically consider that you have selected the first option on the
form below. Unless you specifically authorize us to do so, we will not disclose
non-public personal information about you to unaffiliated third parties to
market their non-financial products or services. You will not be required to
return the Opt Out form for this election to apply. In addition, if we do
disclose non-public personal information about you to other financial
institutions with which we have joint marketing agreements, we will only
disclose your name, contact information and information about your
transactions. For Nevada residents only, Nevada law requires that we also

AMENDMENTS
TO THIS NOTICE
This notice is accurate as of the date given and
supersedes all previously issued confidentiality and information-sharing
disclosures. We reserve the right to change this notice, and any of the
practices described in the notice, at any time upon proper notice to you.
