The heating and cooling business is not the most consistent
trade. We have had good times and bad times; however, we have managed to make
it 25 years. This is a milestone of which we are very proud. Furthermore,
warming temperatures and a weak economy have not worked in our favor. It has
been a tough couple of years, but we are confident that we will come out
stronger on the other side. In 2007, we added a plumbing department, which has
helped even out our seasons, and we are now offering a Service Protection Plan.
This plan offers peace of mind to our customers year round. Not only does it
include maintenance coverage, but it also allows you to roll $200 over every
year that you renew toward the purchase of new equipment. In 5 years, you could
have $1000 towards the purchase of brand new, high efficient HVAC equipment. We
are a local company, so you won't have to deal with 800 numbers or a bunch of
options to choose from when you call our office. We take our relationships with
our customers seriously. We know that without you, we wouldn't be celebrating
25 years in business.
We have also cut costs, allowing us to maintain
our current prices. With the help of Merchant Relief Council, we will save a
respectable amount of money every year by keeping our credit card processing
company at bay. MRC was able to negotiate our fees and terms, and now, we are
keeping more of our hard earned dollars. MRC is also monitoring our monthly
statements to make sure the great rates they negotiated for us don't change. In
the event they do change, we have the comfort of knowing MRC will go back to
work for us and do what they need to do to in order to keep our rates fair. And
the best part is, after years of struggling with credit card processing, we
finally have the assurance of knowing we never need to worry about this part of
our business again.
